About these terms
The Terms of Business set out all of the terms of the contract between you and us, whether you use our services as a Candidate, as a Recruiter, or as an Advertiser. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time by amending the terms of business, in which case we will notify you by email of any significant changes.

ARVR JOBS is a trading name of Remixtis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11255486. Our registered office is at 85 Hook Road, Epsom, England, KT19 8TP. You can contact us by email at email@example.com.
Interruptions and Omissions in Service
We try to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high and to maintain the continuity of the Service provided. However, the internet can be unstable, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. We do not accept any liability that may come from any such errors, omissions, interruptions or delays or any ongoing obligation or responsibility to operate the website or to provide the service offered on the website. Specification of this site may vary from time to time without notice.
About our Service
Our service is a platform for use via our website at www.arvrjobs.com. This is designed to connect Candidates, Recruiters and Advertisers that are active in the technology sector.
Recruiters can post job vacancies that are searchable by Candidates allowing them to apply for such positions.
Advertisers can post advertisements promoting their brand and services they provide.
Our role is to solely provide the website AVRV JOBS as a platform to facilitate these connections. We will not oversee these connections.
All vetting procedures and background checks will be the responsibility of the Recruiter.
In creating an account with us on the website, you will need to choose a password to protect your account. This password is your responsibility to keep safe, including not sharing it with anyone else. You are solely responsible for all actions taken on our Service using your account. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, you must change your password and notify us.
Whether you use our Service as a Recruiter, as a Candidate or as an Advertiser (in each case, a User), we will ask you to provide us with certain information about you, such as your full name and email address. That information must be true, complete and current, and you must ensure that you keep it up to date. You may not create an account with us using an assumed name or someone else’s identity.
You may only use the Website for lawful purposes as a Candidate, Recruiter or Advertiser. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the Website or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorised access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Website or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the Website.
From time to time you will communicate outside of our Service with other Users. In this communication, you must not abuse or threaten them, use discriminatory language (such as racial slurs) to them, mislead them or any form of online bullying. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately in response to complaints about your conduct towards other Users.
All information given to you by another User that has been deemed as confidential, must stay confidential between you and the other user without permission from the other user, unless you are required to do so by law. We will not have any liability if you post any confidential information.
Uploading content to our Service
You will be allowed to upload material, including text, images and video, which other Users will see. Whenever any material is uploaded using your account, you must ensure that you have all the necessary rights to use that material and to share it with us and with other Users of our Service
All users must comply with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 and all data must be protected by the DPA 1998. We accept no liability where users do not comply with the DPA 1998 uploading content to our Service.
You must ensure that everything posted on the website is lawful, is non-offensive or defamatory. Confidential material, including trade secrets must not be posted. Ownership of the website uploaded content remains with the User, but there will be times where we reserve the right to copy.
You must ensure that anything posted on the website does not contain unlawful, offensive or anyway seen as defamatory. No discrimination will be tolerated at any time. Trade secrets or confidential material will not be allowed to be posted. As the ownership of the content will remain your as the User, there will be times where we will need to use such content, copy the content to distribute to other Users.
If another User claims you are using their confidential information or right to privacy, we reserve the right to disclose your identity to a third party. We will have no liability to any third party for any of this information that may be posted on the website by any User.
Any posting can be removed by the Administrator of the Website. Any views of the Users does not represent the website, people who work for the website or the company that runs the website.
Rights you licence
Users will be granted the following licence for uploaded and posted content:
- a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to us to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works or, display, your content in connection with the Service across all media including but not limited to, promotion of the Service; and
- a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to all Users to use the content for their purposes in connection with Service that will terminate upon the deletion of your content.
Content intellectual property rights
The rights in material on the Website are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use the Website in a way which does not infringe these rights. You may copy material on the Website for your own private or domestic purposes, but copying for any commercial or business use is not permitted.
You agree, at any time, we may revoke your licence to use our Service. In such cases, you agree to take all steps to remove any copied data from all devices you control.
Our Service is free for Candidates and for standard job postings. At any time, if you want to terminate your account with us then you can do this via the Service or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do so.
Please ensure all information provided as a candidate, such as a Resume, CV or Candidate profile, has accurate and updated information. This information will be accessed by ARVR JOBS and Recruiters to match potential jobs. You must also keep this information up to date.
You must not offer to perform, or describe yourself as able to perform, any service or task which is unlawful.
Recruiters or Advertisers confirm they will only use the website for business purposes of their business. If material is deemed to be outside of normal business standard, we reserve the right to terminate the account with immediate effect. You agree you will not post unlawful material. If any material is posted, your account will be terminated.
All posts must comply with laws protecting equal opportunities and preventing discrimination. We reserve the right to remove from our Service any Jobs or Advert which you post in breach of these terms.
Fees for any service our advertising will be listed on arvrjobs.com or can be received by contacting email@example.com. VAT, if applicable, will be outlined on your invoice.
We will charge fees upfront. In cases where we invoice, payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. If an invoice remains outstanding for more than 7 days we reserve the right to suspend your account until full settlement is received. We do not offer any refunds.
Law and Jurisdiction
The use of the Website and any agreements entered into through the Website are to be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or any agreement made through the Website.
Some of the goods or services offered through the Website may not be lawful or may otherwise not be permitted in certain countries outside the United Kingdom. If you attempt to order, receive, purchase or otherwise benefit from any such goods or services, we do not accept any liability for any losses suffered by you in using the Website which you would not have suffered had you been accessing the Website as a United Kingdom resident (including as a result of us being prevented from dealing with any application or enquiry by any law, regulation or other ruling applicable in any country).
Certain information provided on the website, such as salary information, CV/Resume advice or any other advice is for general information only. This material is to help only, but must not be intended as expert advice. We will make all efforts to update information; however, we make no warranties or guarantees such information is accurate, complete or up to date.
We reserve the rights to add or remove services provided by the company for the benefit of the User.
We will not be liable to any business user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our Service; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Service.
- If you are a business, please note that in particular, we will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- business interruption;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
- any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Neither party will have any liability for its failure to perform its obligations under these terms if and to the extent that failure is caused by a reason beyond its reasonable control.
